Servicing and repair enquiries
We welcome enquiries about planned maintenance, brakes, cooling, mechanical repairs and condition concerns. The correct process can vary substantially between vehicles, so we review the exact specification and available records before quoting.
If you have sourced parts yourself, send the supplier and part details before ordering or booking. We encourage suitable customer-supplied parts and quote the workshop labour separately.
Diagnostics and performance projects
Warning lights, running faults, electrical problems and upgrades need a vehicle-specific assessment. For an engine or gearbox concern, the free supported engine-system code scan can be an initial step; detailed investigation and specialist work are quoted and agreed separately.
We confirm that the required access, lifting, tooling and parts are suitable for the particular car before accepting a job. Discuss transport with us before bringing a non-running vehicle.
Help us prepare
Send the model, year, engine, mileage, service history, photographs where useful and any previous fault reports or modifications. We will discuss what can be assessed at Llandow and how to book the work.
